We provide Free Shipping with all of our orders over $50 within the US and offer low cost international shipping on most items. We are also registered for Lucid and can continue to ship packages to Germany as well.
We choose the fastest shipping available dependent on order demand and buyer location. For most of our accessories and non clothing items estimated turnaround time is 16-28 days as some items are made to order. Dress & Veil orders should estimate at least 30 - 45 business days before your order arrives to account for the time it takes to tailor or create each item. Custom Dresses and larger Ballgowns can take up to 60-90 days, so please plan ahead!
Weather, Holidays, etc. can also affect shipping times. For non dress orders there is an average of 5-10 working days processing time before shipment. We do accept rush orders on most dresses and veils dependent on designer availability; However, we are not responsible for delays caused by mail services once shipped. If you are needing a rush order please contact us first before placing your order to ensure that we can accommodate your request.
Tracking numbers are provided once items are shipped, so we ask that you are patient and refer to your tracking for updates. However, we are here for any questions or concerns you may have in the meantime.
Some Countries will require you to pay a customs fee for delivery/pick up and that is up to you to do so. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover those customs costs, but we will ship internationally regardless with the expectation for you to know your own countries tariffs regulations and fees.
If for any reason you have not received your item within the estimated time frame and tracking has not provided updates, please reach out to us so that we can remedy the situation ASAP.
Covid-19 has had a continued affect on Carrier Restrictions, Postal Staffing, & Carrier Availability. For EU countries the ongoing crisis in the Ukraine has also had a massive effect on shipping times and we ask that you are also aware of this. We will do everything in our power to meet our stated turnaround times, but unfortunately have no control over the postal service or delays/losses that may occur through them. If a package is lost we will replace the product at no cost and work to remedy the issue as soon as we can. However, we ask for your patience with delays as your package will arrive and we encourage you to plan ahead especially around the holiday seasons.
