We can manually adjust the shipping address as long as we are notified within 24 hours of placing your order

We do provide international shipping to most countries and regions as long as there are no barriers to imports. However, customs are completely up to the customer so please be aware of any customs requirements for your country before placing an order

For most of our accessories and non clothing items estimated turnaround time is 16-28 days as some items are made to order. Dress & Veil orders should estimate at least 30 - 45 business days before your order arrives to account for the time it takes to tailor or create each item. Custom Dresses and larger Ballgowns can take up to 60-90 days, so please plan ahead!

Weather, Holidays, etc. can also affect shipping times. For non dress orders there is an average of 5-10 working days processing time before shipment
